Shipping And Delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Unified Solutions LLC. ships and delivers orders with standard delivery within 1–5 business days for the continental U.S. using UPS. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and orders placed after 4pm ET ship the next business day. Customers will be notified of any back-orders. Non-stock items will be shipped from the manufacturer within 5 -7 business days.

For Alaska and Hawaii, only 5–7 day shipping is available at checkout. Please call if you require expidiated shippment is required at 888-611-9911.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage that may have occurred during transit. We recommend that you refuse the shipment if the package is damaged. In some cases, the Carrier driver will note the damage in their system if you elect to accept the damaged shipment. Upon receipt of the damaged package, immediately open and inspect your order and notify Unified Solutions LLC. as soon as possible if an issue remains. Please retain all shipping boxes, product boxes, labels and filler material until further instruction is issued regarding the damaged shipment.

LOST SHIPMENTS

For all shipments that leave our facility, Unified Solutions LLC. will coordinate shipments using Third party carriers. Loss in transit will be researched by Unified Solutions LLC. and the carrier, often taking up to 10 business days for resolution. When a customer elects to use transportation services outside of our carrier options, the Customer will be responsible for all charges and fees associated with that shipment. Upon delivery by the carrier to the intended destination, the Customer assumes responsibility for any loss thereafter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, a contact name, phone number and/or email is required. Third party billing options for freight, duties and taxes are accepted and must be provided when ordering

 

SHIPMENT / RISK OF LOSS

Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

  • Unified Solutions LLC will choose the shipping carrier and arrange shipment. You pay the shipping costs, tariffs, and related charges under the terms we set.
  • If you arrange your own shipping, you are responsible for all shipping costs and charges.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the goods are delivered to the shipping address you provided.
